Senior Pics in North East - Kaylee's Story
One thing all North East resident’s seem to have in common is a genuine appreciation for the quaint little Pennsylvania town they live in. It was no different for North East High School Class of 2021 Senior Kaylee who chose to take her senior pics in North East. Kaylee grew up in this comfortable, tight-knit community on Lake Erie and memorializing that experience meant a lot to her.
Because Kaylee is very involved on her Volley Ball Team 2 things mattered to her: paying homage to her hometown and capturing some action shots in her uniform. We met up in downtown North East, Pa near the local post office. We grabbed some quick shots outside one of the more well recognized buildings on South Lake Street with it’s brick walls and peeling white paint before walking over to the Historical Society located in the original Town hall building on Vine Street. We made a pitstop in the grape clad alley way for a few quick photos as well. Kaylee wore a cheery yellow sundress that suited her personality. My favorite image captured by team photographer, Tommy, is one of Kaylee making a face at me for teasing her during the session.
After exploring the most popular spots in downtown for these senior pics in North East we walked over to Heard Park. Heard Park is where Cherry Festival is held every year. But, it’s only full of hustle and bustle for one week in July. The rest of the year this centrally located park is an ideal spot for young people to stretch their legs and have some fun. Kaylee put on her volley ball shirt and practiced some volleying while Tom snapped away for a few fun action shots. The middle school football team practiced in the background.
We decided to end the evening down on Lake Erie. North East boasts two public beaches and we could tell by the weather we were about to enjoy one of those epic Lake Erie Sunsets and we didn’t want to miss it.
Kaylee is a hard working, dedicated young lady with a sparkling personality and a wonderful sense of sarcasm. We had a fantastic time capturing her senior pics in North East and we wish her the best on her further adventures! Can’t wait to see you again soon!
