North East High Graduation Portraits - Kane's Story
I’ve known Kane since he was just a little guy in elementary school playing with my kids. So, when we got to meet up with him for his North East High Graduation Portraits it was really exciting! Kane is a Class of 2020 North East High School Senior. He’s active on the football team and family means everything to him. In fact, family is so important that he helps his aunt out at the popular local cafe that she owns. The whole family chips in.
I know how hard working and dedicated this easy going, friendly young man is. He’s always got a laugh and a mischievous grin. You’re sure he’s up to no good, but he’s usually not. It was the same way during his North East High Graduation Portraits. We met on a sunny day in downtown North East to memorialize his experience growing up in this tiny, tight-knit community on the shores of Lake Erie. We started behind The Bean, his aunt’s cafe. There’s a brightly colored mural on the side of the Old Town Hall now turned Historical Society that is fantastic for pictures.
Next on this list for these North East High Graduation Portraits was taking a stroll through town to the library. The steps make a great backdrop for some fun photos. Afterwards we walked back up to our cars parked behind the cafe and decided to use the alley between South Lake and Vine to get there when photographer, Tommy, noticed a fun photo opportunity with a WRONG WAY sign in the alley. Our last stop was right at the back of the cafe to get some fun photos to commemorate the odd conditions of 2020. We brought along a gag roll of toilet paper with Class of 2020 printed on it and Kane brought a face mask with NE HS drawn on it.
Kane plans on going into the Air Force after he graduates in a few weeks. We can’t wait to see what he does in life. Kane, you’ll accomplish amazing things.
