Senior Photos at Penn State College - Jackson's Story
Meet Class of 2023 Willow & Roots Senior Rep, Harborcreek High Senior, Jackson! Jackson chose to do the first of his 3 seasonal sessions at the university he plans on attending next fall, Penn State Behrend. As it often does, it had already snowed the fall of 2022 when we met up for this afternoon session. But that didn’t deter Jackson from tossing his jacket aside to show off his “Parent Pleaser” outfits. Jackson brought two outfits along for his senior photos at Penn State College. First, he wore a cheery black & red argyle sweater and later changed into a black vest and plaid black & teal tie.
We wandered around Penn State Behrend Campus scoping out the best spots for photos on a very sunny afternoon. You can see in a few of the images I was able to capture the sun during these senior photos at Penn State College in what we call a ‘sun flair’. It’s a really neat effect that offers a creative lighting use in photos. Jackson seemed very pleased with the results. I always try to show off photos during the session.
The black and white images from Jackson’s senior photos at Penn State College have got to be my favorite’s. The emotion and depth a monochromatic image portrays is always thrilling.
