Newborn Photography captures one of the most fleeting yet joyful experiences in your family’s epic story. Your baby is only a newborn for a few brief weeks. After that the mystery of the whirlwind of diapers, burping cloths, and late night rocking takes over. This is a special, unique moment that you will never get back. Most of all you want to preserve these moments before they pass you by. Newborn photography captures the precious moments of a baby’s first days and weeks. It is a way to document the details of their tiny features and new life. Newborn photography can be done in the hospital, at home, or in a studio. There are many different ways to capture these special moments.
At Willow & Roots Studios, our Newborn Photography Sessions can be in the studio or right at your home for a more relaxed feel. In Studio Sessions are going to offer many props, cute outfits, backdrops and posing. Homestead Newborn Sessions will be a little less posed and a little more authentic. Either way we encourage both parents and any siblings to participate to document your family’s next big adventure!

One is nicknamed “The Baby Whisperer”.
At Willow & Roots Studio we keep everything on hand to make your newborn comfortable and happy during the session like wraps, blankets, warm heaters, and a white noise machine. We also have comfortable furniture for mom and dad to relax on while your photographer works magic.
